Essential Customer Understanding // Research indicated the need for a centralised web portal, providing the wide range of information available on Big Tree Country. The development work included the requirement of a multi targeted education function.
Creative Connection // Stunning imagery was developed as a key differentiator. The site focused on displaying the images as large as possible and then overlaying a navigation system to compliment the creative treatment. Content was developed across four languages including Gaelic and our content management system, EditaurT, adapted so that editing was simple and integrated with the principal site.
The photography was loaded into a customised gallery with a visual navigation system to ensure a structured display. As the site had to be accessible across a wide variety of configurations we built a system which dynamically configured itself to the host PC. A fully interactive map was built to guide visitors through the site and provide access to all the galleries and panoramic photographs featured on the site.
Genius Effect // Since the launch of the Big Tree Country site the profile across the world for this area of significant natural interest has grown considerably. The site provides a very factual & visual account of the Big Tree Country, delivered in a clear, cross cultural, and all encompassing format.
