Avian has worked with the Direct Mortgage Unit since 2003 providing the on-going marketing collateral for ‘Spearhead’ the bank’s ‘member’s club’ for the ‘IFA’ sector.
Competing directly with other financial institutions, the bank’s unique selling proposition was based on service – provision of a dedicated ‘mortgage relationship manager’ through which the IFA could access a number of service related benefits.
The positioning, concentrated on creating a concept of exclusivity and service.
