Over £800 million worth of food is wasted in Scotland each year - an average of £366 per Scottish household.

Avian were commissioned to raise awareness of the impact of food waste and to provide practical advice to help reduce food waste. Avian created a through-the-line campaign embracing advertising in national press, outdoor, posters and support material for a series of display and food exhibitions & demonstrations by famous chefs.
